I think creditscore.com may be the same as experian.com in terms of a EX8 source. Either one I go to brings me to the same login screen, same button "no thanks, keep current membership" to sign in. Different urls, but same displayed info.

Yes, they do, right at https://www.experian.com . When I applied at AMEX and Discover last year (both pulled EX only), I was on Experian's free Basic membership. I was notified of the inquiries within minutes AND it came with a score change update! So I was able to see the point cost of each inquiry as they happened. (-3, then -8, total -11 for 2 inqs).

See, that's the type of stuff that us data junkies love. I'm a fan of clear/concise data that cannot be argued. I like it.

I will add that you can also get a free FICO score from Discover (without needing to have an account with Discover) at creditscorecard.com This is also based on Experian data but the layout is a bit different. See below.

Citi gives me a monthly Equifax FICO. American Express gives me an Experian FICO (buried in the website under profile). American Express and Experian itself update on different days. Citi is an industry enhanced score, Equifax Bank Card Enhanced 8, so it's of limited use compared to more traditional scores.

You can tell because it has a 900 point scale. Regular 8 has an 850 point one.

They do, you just have to scroll down. Most if not all scores identify the scoring model either right near the score or in the fine print down at the bottom of the page.
