I couldnt find any info on this, as it may not be very commonly spoke of, and this could help others in the future: Now that SO has 1 CA on EQ, and is otherwise 100% clean, it means he should still be on a PR scorecard, right?? Well, it is considered a "nuisance" CA for F8s and F9s and not sure about F10s. My question then is: Does he have different scorecards for F8s/9s and then 5s? Not even sure about F10s. Do we know if CAs <$100 are excluded from penalty on F10s? Because clearly the CA is impacting the EQ F5s, yet the F8s/9s seem in line with EX F8s/9s, which is 100% clean. Or does it mean he is on a PR scorecard, but gets no scoring penalty for the CA, yet is capped by the score ceiling of a PR scorecard for highest score potential and is still subject to gains and losses based on the PR scorecard assignment? Can 1 file be assigned to more than 1 scorecard dependent on which score is being calculated? Thoughts? Birdman BrutalBodyShots Cassie and anyone else that has ideas about it?

My take on it is that different models have different segmentation factors. Things like AoYRA being 12 months on F8+ but 18 months on EX2, for example. I would think the CA would be an example of this as well, where the older 2/4/5 see it as a segmentation factor where F8+ doesn't.

Looking forward to other opinions on this as always of course.

@BrutalBodyShots meaning, this would still place him on a PR scorecard? With the score caps of a PR scorecard? I am just trying to wrap my head around this, while segmentation may vary for each score model, does that still mean it is the same scorecard across score models? One scorecard assignment for one credit profile? Meaning - 800s are unobtainable for F8s/F9s until off the PR scorecard even though segmentation does not account for it, it is still a PR scorecard?

I would think that scorecard ranges vary by scoring model. For example we know that 2/4/5 all have top ends that cap below 850, so just using that as an example it won't be the same as something like F8. Then you've got industry enhanced scores that go to 900, so no doubt their ranges would be skewed higher... likely higher top ends and also higher lower ends for each scorecard. That would make the most sense to me anyway. I would guess that it's a PR scorecard, but would like to hear what others think.

@LaHossBoss hey did you ever get my private messages I sent? sorry for the delay but I’m starting to get a handle on my health issues and I’m trying to get caught up in the near future and back on track and get this thing going. To answer your question, I agree with BBS, he is on a PR scorecard for the mortgage version 5. I believe version 8/9/10 ignore the nuisance collection and do not reassign him to a PR card. So he should be in a clean card for 8/9/10, imo. And I think the fact that the scores are similar at the other bureau where he’s clean demonstrates this further. However there’s a easy way to resolve this: what are the negative reason codes? 😉😁 No you can only be on one scorecard at a time per version. Yes he’s on a PR card on the old scores and a clean card on the new scores, I believe. Let’s see the reason codes and will know for sure.
