Sweet! Something with their internal algorithm may have changed for your profile, so it's possible you may see multiple CLIs in close succession if you ask again in a month or so. My shortest spans of time between two Discover CLIs were 30, 37 and 33 days and at times those came after relatively long periods of denials.

I thought they had you in credit limit jail? Idk what changed… 7 new accounts in the last 13 months 9 inquiries, Experian score has been relatively stagnant I did add a metric Fuck ton of credit limit since January I went from about 11k tcl to now 60k but hardly a noteworthy total amount. My first year I was focused on getting accounts, this year credit limits and targeted use cards, next year growing my score some more Jan 2024 will be 3 years AoOA. Last month my income increased slightly got like a 2% raise will be getting another 4.7% in Jan. Sounds like a lot when written but score was 740 (744 Dec 21) and is still around 740 (738 currently). Other than the discover card aging most of my metrics are little changed.

Sounds like Discover, lol. Maybe you just hit an account aging / element of time metric for your profile with them internally or something. We'll never know.

Yeah, I'm capped with Discover and haven't gotten a CLI in a long time. I can't remember when the last one was, maybe late 2020 / early 2021 is when I plateaued. Those quick succession CLIs I got were back in 2016-2017 for the most part when I was growing my file.
