Yep we got some snow going on too. It's 26 right now and we are driving back home from Black Eyed Pea. Our first snow. Image Not much but it's just the start.

I grew up in northeast Ohio so I'm no stranger to heavy snow, but I don't think I could handle New England winters (much less even Ohio winters having been gone so long. In this part of NC I'm fortunate to have 4 distinct seasons without extreme heat or cold. We get a few light snows but it's usually more like 47-50 in the winter most of the time. Summers a nice and usually around 85ish, and we don't break 90 often.

That sounds great, really. I've found weather in Southeast Michigan to be fairly moderate. No tornadoes, no hurricanes, and the record snowfall in my county is only 18 inches in a 24 hour period, which doesn't happen every year either. Rainstorms also move through rather quickly. I just love being inside all warm and toasty with a fire and seeing stuff like this outside: (Also, Portsmouth, NH again. Same downtown area as the earlier picture with the guy on a bike,) Image

Sounds great other than the 85 summers. I need a place that doesn't drop below 20 often but hardly ever goes above 75. That would be fantastic.

We were supposed to get some snow over the weekend and didn't, which I'm glad for. (Still a bunch of stuff I need to do in the yard.) It's been in the 20's and 30's here for about the last week, but, according to the forecast, we'll be back up into the 60's in the next day or two.

@Dinosaur = Harbinger of Snow lol I made a quick run over to Costco and on the way back it looked like a blizzard for around 10 minutes. All melted now. :cry:
