It happened. Paid off the mortgage and car. Score went to Fico 08 787. Today I added a small installment loan of $10K plus and it showed the loan amount paid $0 which was correct. :mrgreen: My average age is around 9 years and oldest 17 years. Surely did take a big hit. When I was truly gardening for five years and had a mortgage and installment loan the Fico 08 score sat at 850 for five years (more than 10 years over 800 Fico 08). Guess I am now just Fico scum and am relegated to the "outlier" group! :violin: Oh ... woe is me :angry-banghead:

Oh ... oh ... oh my Fico 08 EX Score dropped again. I am Fico Scum! Now down to 802. Need to jump off a cliff ... hasn't been this low in 15 years! All I did is paying everything off and add a couple of credit cards and a line of credit plus an installment loan. Geez ... you'd think I was sub chasing :(
