1 week to go!

I have exactly one week before I request EE on my Transworld TSI collection on TU! I do still need to do a PFD on the Aargon Agency CA for an old utility bill. I may try running through a dispute (it updates monthly, anyway) and see if that leads to anything, first. I know DoFD was way earlier than they list (still has exactly 1 year left of reporting come Aug 1st(for TU EE)) since they use the date it was sent to collections as the DoFD. Honestly, it can't hurt at this point and I may get lucky. It is for $1774 and I would prefer to not pay that, as IMO it was paid after we moved, but I have no evidence of anything regarding dates or payments, so it is a gamble. If I do not get favorable results on the dispute, I will reach out for the PFD. I do have a little time since EX also has this CA from Aargon Agency reporting, as I will be requesting EE of the Transworld CA Sept 1st from them. EQ is it's own mess with 3 x CAs that will age off on Nov, Dec, and Jan 1st. EQ also has 7 x defaulted SLs that will age off by Sept 1st. I am hoping that on Sept 1st when those SLs age off, I will see an equally good bump, same as when they aged off/EE'd from TU and EX, bringing me into the 700s on EQ, finally! I had hoped to have already PFD the Aargon Agency so on Aug 1st when I EE'd Transworld that I would have a completely clean slate on TU, but I bought a new (to me) vehicle and used a good chunk of cash on hand for a down-payment and I do not feel like dipping in any further at this time unless I must. I do have several large purchases lined up soon, another reason I do not want to dip into savings unless I have to, so I will PFD Argon Agency ASAP if the dispute doesn't pan out so I can finally work towards my CC goals and earn some CB from these future purchases! I am also in the works of getting a good pay bump at work for the job I moonlight at and changing travel positions to one that pays significantly more (same hospital, different department). Then I can work on paying off my vehicle ASAP and build up a really good down-payment for a home! I want to get at least a few of my goal cards for me (and maybe SO) so we can head back to the garden for the future mortgage app. I am quite curious where my mortgage scores will land once clean and then again after an app spree. Plus, I have to celebrate becoming clean and finally having decent credit after basically having crap credit my entire adult life! SO still has 13-19 months, depending on bureau, before he is clean due to the unpaid CO, so goal will be 18-24 months after app spree to purchase a home. Still not sure about much of an app spree for him since he still does have that CO, but I don't think getting more credit will be impossible where he currently sits. I will pay down his Dell acct, get his reports looking pretty, and go from there. After I finally get my scores in line after the derogs are all gone I will definitely need everyone's help planning my spree!
