LaHossBoss has been gardening for over 2 years.
If these are getting annoying, do let me know. Just supplying DPs on aging off and EE for the bureaus.
So this time it is for EX and another CA. This will leave me with one last standing CA on EX (and TU if I can get WayPoint to go bye-bye!).
I may try again for EE, I called back in Sept, as the last CSR told me to, but I got a very clueless/inexperienced CSR that only want to file a complaint and equated "open date" to " DoFD". Even though it plainly showed 10/2021 for an "on record until" date, he claimed it should "really" be in 2024 lol
I have maybe a couple weeks before it ages off itself, but I may ring up to get it gone now, anyway.
My thought with EX is that there truly is no rhyme or reason to specific dates/times of the month they age items off. Whenever I spoke to EX, they give very specific dates for DoFD/"on record until"/EE. Not just month/year, but month/day/year. This leads me to think that is why there is no consistency. For age offs/EE.
So when you call in for EE, if it happens to be a little too early, but in the correct month, they may be able to have a Sup override and approve it. Otherwise, pay close attention to the entire date they give you to call back for EE or when to expect your derog to age off.
