+15 pts for store card 47% > 28% util

Hey everyone! Just a quick update on EX. I went from 29% > 20% agg util. Aggregate raw $ owed went from $605 > $419. Not sure if $500 raw $ owed is some sort of threshold. I am guessing the points mostly came from my VS CC going from 47% > 28% ind util. +15 pts EX F8 :705 > 720 Highest EX score, yet! Still waiting for results on my TU dispute regarding the WayPoint CA. The decrease in store card usage made no score difference, I assume thanks to this CA still reporting. @Birdman @Cassie @Kkboom @BrutalBodyShots

Yes, VS CC is at 28% ind util and Cap One is at 12% ind util. I find it interesting not being at AZEO has given me some of my strongest scores. I assume because of other factors, too. I need to give EX a call and see if I can EE the next CA off. Then I will have just one remaining for the next 11 months unless I decide to PFD it.

Congrats! Highest score is definitely a milestone. Personally- there’s no way I pfd unless I had some big ticket item like mortgage on the line, especially on an 11 month countdown. I’m just sharing my opinion- obviously everyone should do what they feel comfortable with.

That's a strong gain from crossing the ~29% threshold on individual.

While I am quite anxious to get a clean profile, I weighed the pros and cons and cost benefit and is why I totally agree with you. I am not willing to PFD for 1.7k on an account that ages off in 11 months. I am just going to continue to patiently ride it out. I am getting very excited the closer I get and can get quite impatient, but I will just hang in there! Now WayPoint on the other hand, even though it did come off EX fast, there is no guarantee it will come off TU and EQ. Which means I will be stuck with it up to another 18 months. For $161 I may just plead to PFD if it comes down to it to be done with them - even though this cannot possibly be my CA! If for some reason it does not come off TU (only), I would probably suck it up since the other CA that has 11 months is also on TU, so I suppose I could wait just 1 additional month to EE it and be clean at basically around the same time as originally planned.

I thought so too. I will double check my loss when I went from 0% > 48% ind util to see if it adds up.

I have been strictly AZEO for almost 2 years. I have been playing around with different balances and being non-AZEO the past couple months. At this moment, I am right between contracts for work, so I am not putting much stock into AZEO. I will be hopping back onto the AZEO band wagon next month when I am working again. Also, I have a bunch of returns going back to VS, so if anything I should have a negative balance on the account once they process. I just held off to test the thresholds, so that should be cleared back up shortly. I will be at AZEO, but my non-zero bankcard will likely not be under 10% ind util.

You’re definitely on the count down and for some reason the closer you get the more difficult it seems.

@LaHossBoss congratulations! I would have to go look but retail account usage is measured separately by some versions and bureaus. So aggregate was not implicated?
