myFICO reports may be inaccurate

Since I'm no fan of that site I've got no problem bashing their product when it's based on facts. So I took on 4 EX inquiries between 6/3/21 and 6/4/21 from 4 different lenders. Pulled a report from myFICO on 6/9/21, only 2 of the 4 inquiries are visible. Pulled a new report from myFICO today, dated 6/21/21 and still only 2 of the 4 inquiries are visible. If I look at other (free) sources I can see all 4 inquiries are indeed there. It makes me wonder how many other areas myFICO is failing to provide accurate/current information in when it comes to their reports/monitoring? Also worth mentioning, I've taken on 1 TU inquiry and 1 EQ inquiry so far this month and both my TU and EQ reports on myFICO show neither inquiry present.

The myFICO 3B reports - online and in the downloadable PDF - have the wrong reason statement order on the TU and EX scores when listed with the EQ reason statements in the 'compare' table. Thankfully, it's easy to get the correct order on the Scores tab on the member dashboard. That shows each CRA score individually with the reasons off to the side in correct order. But you can't go back to see them after receiving a new score refresh - they all get updated with the new data. I paid $39.95 a month to myFICO and they couldn't even get that simple thing right. Then I think about my $56 a month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription which gives me access to all the best content creation apps on the planet (Photoshop, Illustrator, animation and movie editing, sound editing, application interface design, website creation/editing, list goes on...). I still miss my 28 scores every month. lol

I remember reading about those issues on the old forum. No excuse for something you're paying good money for to not work correctly or be accurate.

Fortunately in my case, I don't pay a penny... so on a personal level I really can't gripe. I will however share the inaccuracy issue with others so that they remain aware since for them they will be paying good money and deserve a good product for it.

@Cassie i’m very upset that we are unable to see the correct order for past reports that’s bullshit. We paid good money for those and I guess that means we had to print them every month in order to preserve that? I think I’m gonna complain about that that’s total bullshit. I paid for that and how are they going to take away part of the value of the report 30 days later? That reduces the value of the report straight up. It makes the report inaccurate straight up. But Cassie you can still get your 28 scores every month from that other site!!

I am going to give credit.com a test run, and then provide a review of it after a month or so. I've read the thread on the old forum about it, where many people signed up for it and talked about some of the issues with it. It didn't look too great then, but maybe it's changed for the better with all the feedback? I'll find out.

I've received an error message the last few times I've tried logging into my credit.com account. It's been a while so I'll have to check again. I think it said something about a technical issue / contact support.
