CK glitch? Or does EQ score agg util differently on VS3.0?

So I have been noticing this on both mine and SO's CK accounts: EQ shows util in the metrics only for AWB, while TU shows util for all revolving balances, including those with a $0 balance? It also seems that EQ is only counting bankcard balances and not all revolving balances in these metrics? Is this a CK thing or a difference in measuring agg util for EQ VS3.0? Is anyone else seeing this? Maybe that is why I am seeing such huge drops in scores on EQ compared to EX/TU?
