Yup. My guess is that they get extended indefinitely at some point. I mean, it's just going to keep getting extended by a year, then another year to the point where the norm/expectation is that they're free (always). Reverting back to having to pay again IMO wouldn't be well received if/when that time finally comes.

Honestly all three have offered ways to get everything except your SPs and FICOs (other than Experian offering free EX8) for years now with no charge so it's just a formality at this point.
