8 days ago I got the PayPal Mastercard card reported 2 days later (6 days) updated the balance a day after 76 dollars that (5 days) and then the balance updated again 0.00 2 days later (3 days) Credit report showed the -4 points for the inquiry HP TU.png This was my first HP on TU since July 2021 so no scorable HP's that would have fallen off. Today I get an update your score has gone up 4 points TU SCORE.png The age calc doesn't show a metric change for 21 months AoOA but it would follow Cassie 's rule of 3 at 21 months age metric.png Did I have offsetting metrics where AoOA wiped the penalty from AoYA? There are no other changes on my report. Yes I realize I am talking 4 points not fussed either way, but what exactly happened there? Does the PayPal MC need a full cycle to get factored on aging metrics? I typically see a score drop with a new account not 4 points from the HP and then gain 4 points out of thin air. But then I have also never had a card that updates the balance every time a charge or payment post...
