We've heard your feedback that a hard credit inquiry associated with requesting a limit increase - and its impact on credit scores - may cause clients to be reluctant to request one. We're excited to announce that as of Feb. 23, we only perform soft inquiries for credit line increase requests - and soft inquiries don't affect clients' credit scores! Please keep in mind: Credit limit increases and carrying a higher card balance impact a client's credit utilization ratio, which does affect their credit score.
