Generic Post RE AMEX app, no penalty/preapproval.

While checking my balance info and non-fico score(up a point), within AMEX app, I always see pre-approved/qualified offers. Sorry, I forget which I see more. I think pre-approved. Today, there was an entirely different interface, offering a penalty-less application. I passed, but went back to look and it was gone. Only sharing in case that there is a offer-rescind for looking and not acting. Probably not, but had the thought.
