Sorry to disappoint but I have a fairly simple setup right now.

10% on restaurants - Discover (first year)
10% on Uber - SavorOne
5.55% on groceries - Citi Custom Cash
5% on mobile phones - US Bank
3% on PayPal - PayPal Cashback
3% on everything else - AOD

Only two cards in my mobile wallet are AOD and Custom Cash so that I don't screw up and use the Disco for groceries. I'm carrying my Disco, AOD, and Custom Cash. Everything else is defaults in their respective apps and US Bank is my payment method for my phone service which means I only have to track 3 cards really.

That Redstone card has a rather nice structure... If I didn't have so many other cards, I would think about getting it as a daily driver. That SUB would be a challenge though unless I had Jimi use it too.

Yea no big bills right now a bit worried about it, but I have been buying mom’s groceries and having her Zelle me the money has been working out well for me. Gas and Restaurants are 2 of my bigger categories so I think I will be alright.

I've only got 9 cards (my personal rule is to stay with a single-digit number) so I carry them all. All 9 stuff nicely into a spot in my wallet, no bubbles no troubles. I use 8 out of 9 of them, so I guess technically I could SD the one I don't use (Citi DC, boycotting them because they can't figure out a suffix) but I carry all 9 all the time.

man i need to get down in my total number, managing only 9 sounds way better than whatever the heck i'm doing right now. i mean shoot i have 12 cards just between amex and citi

I am currently using the following:

BofA CCR for 5.25% on online shopping and 1.75% on everything else (I still don't know how I qualify for this since I have had nowhere near $100K in the bank ever.)
Disco for 5% on restaurants
Citi Custom Cash for 5% on groceries
CFF for 5% on Amazon (since URs have more value than Amazon points)
Citi Costco for 4% gas and 2% Costco
CSP for travel
GS Apple Card for 3% Apple subscriptions and 2% Apple Pay

I only carry with me the CCR, Disco, Costco, and CSP.

A catch-all card is currently the weakest point in my setup as 1.75% is the best I can get for the "everything else" category (unless Apple Pay is accepted, which would then be 2%).

Chase Amazon is in the SD this quarter.

I think there's something to be said for a minimalist setup. I envy those with 4-5 cards that are perfectly content and hope one day I'll get there. I toy with closing down a card or two every now and again. If I had to make a 2 card change, it would definitely be deducting 2 to go down to 7 rather than adding 2 to go up to 11.
