On the Amex almost always zero... I barely use it and they let you pay pending charges so I basically pay the moment I use it otherwise I'd forget.

Also further supporting evidence here that spend is almost irrelevant when it comes to Amex and CLIs. This has been my experience as well, along with many others. They are like the anti-Capital One.
