Don't need it but had an itch so why not scratch? Elan told me I had to unlock my reports if I wanted a CLI. They said the system decides and may want an HP rather than an SP. Tried this twice over a three-week period. CSRs were consistent they could not work the system without unlocked reports. :) Point of interest? :very-mad:

I hope they ask before the HP and don't leave it to 'the system' ! Sounds unnecessarily ambiguous to me.

They said the systems decide and they are not given the option to opt-out if it requires an HP! The system moves from an SP to HP based on whatever criteria they are looking for. Now the best part is SP and HPs show the data they just cannot leave their mark on an SP. Reminds me of walking the dog and they either do job 1 or 2 depending on the mark they lay :) Going on, I have the US Bank equivalent and that fits my other needs better, so I even have thought about closing the Elan Max Cash Card. Don't have the needed spend to benefit. So o o likely I would not put an HP out there because I have an itch.
