Appropriate topics are those related to Versions 5/4/2: the mortgage scores & their industry options, AU (auto) and BC (bankcard). Differences in segmentation thresholds from the newer algorithms are important.
For instance, in 2021, we learned the mortgage scores segment new accounts at 18 months. Likewise, they segment mature files at 2 years rather than the 3 years that score 8 does.
You would be surprised at the knowledge we have just discovered in the last year or two, despite the fact they’ve been searching for it since 1998!
Best general recommendation for mortgage scores is no inquiries in the last 365 days, no new accounts in the last 18 months, and implement AZEO, as recommended: Report a balance < $100 on only one bankcard that has a CL under $31,000.
