True, I guess that's the downside of a 6 month verses 3 month spend SUB if the CCC decides to wait until the entire 6 months elapses before paying it out if the spend requirement was met early on.

Seems odd that you don't have it yet. AMEX has always paid out SUBs for me as soon as I hit them.

I did get the sub. But only $250 (first 3months) but we get a lot of merchant refunds and amex did give me $250 but used one of merchants names to code it. He showed it to me. Now to get the other $250 he said I had to spend an additional $10k in first year.
