EX2 +10 due to -1 on Accounts With Balances (AWB)

Just more confirmation of what we already know about mortgage scores and AWB. From 3-of-4 to 2-of-4 AWB: 761 to 771 or +10 points. Also $1773 to $1593 in aggregate balance. (This was not the reason for +10pts.) AoOA 3yr-10mo | AoORA 2yr-10mo | AAoA 2yr-7mo. That's a nice boost for a simple AWB reduction!

So you're at 50% of AWB. Does your profile see another score increase at 25% of AWB?

I was going to ask the same thing and if so, if that gain is equal to, less than or greater than the one seen going from 75% to 50%. Also, @Cassie , what about going from 100% to 75%? No doubt you've made that move plenty of times?

There's more down there because I hit 1-of-4 temporarily and reported it on MF. I had this in my old posts file: "EX 3 gave me +4 at 2-of-4 with a balance compared with prior month at 3-of-4. Then +6pts at 1-of-4 with a balance, and +9 at All Zero - all compared to prior month at 2-of-4. On this same report, EX 2 went up +11 at 1-of-4, +8 at All Zero." I have to find that data later. (I found a table of mine showing gains on all TU 9s of +16 at 2-of-4 from 3-of-4. And that was with a small increase of $314 in balances, 4 to 5% aggregate change.)

@Cassie how did you gain points at all zero?

I'm chiming in because similar pts gain at all zero. @Birdman Ds gained 9 pts at all zero on EQ. Really strange....I had posted his 3b score changes in Garden Party the other day. Does it have anything to do with his accts not being used for 12+ months and then finally this month a 0 bal. on all cards where he is an AU?

That was on EX2 and EX3 only, not the 8s. Also, I think that comparison meant that I gained some points at All Zero but not as much as 1-of-4. I have to check that out later once I get CRADIS up and running here. (I just switched to Bootstrap UI for that which means yet another learning curve. lol Worth it, though.) @GApeachy : Do you mean an AZ gain on EQ5? Or is that for EQ8? I only saw losses at AZ on the 8s, never gains. I don't have any AU cards, though.

His inquiries are the same as the July 2021 3b report. So nothing has changed. EDIT: THESE 3B reports are through EXPERIAN So is that a first? Gaining pts. at 0 balances?

Yep! Surprises me too. Obviously there is a gain even though AZ but that could be from an offset, unless it's something like going for a long period of time, versus other activities perhaps with AU accts. Whatever it is it's something quirky from EQ. Not surprising.

I think it's an aging gain offset, but I'd love to be wrong about it! Everyone always reports a loss at AZ on the 8s at all 3 CRAs. There's so many aging metrics that have never been tracked widely enough for us to know which one might contribute more. Usually we just looked at AoOA, AAoA, and AoYA, but now we know from FICO's own documents that AoORA is very important as well. I mean, AoOOIA and AAoOIA are metrics to track according to FICO's reason statement explanation: "The age of your oldest open (not yet paid off) installment loan and/or the average age of your open installment loan accounts is relatively low." Age of Oldest Open Installment Account Average Age of Open Installment Accounts There's an Oldest and Average on every single thing related to aging, even for Consumer Finance Accounts. AoOCFA and AAoCFA !! Maddening! Frightening!

Oh Dear! That's too much for me...simply too much to try and figure out. @Cassie yeah, it is maddening.

Yall pay close attention. Two closed accounts dropped off that’s the reason for the score increase. Then one closed account came back resulting in a decrease. Had nothing to do with AZ.

I don't follow @Birdman Those amts. of open and closed accts. on all 3cb's hadn't changed. I can't find any change other than going from 1% in July 2021 to 0% in Sept 30, 2021. I wish I had a EQ 3b for August 2021 but I don't.
