Too high proportion of accounts recently opened

Thought I'd post about this since it was interesting. So this code appeared when I went from 3 recently opened accounts (2 bank cards, 1 HELOC) to 4 (3 bank cards, 1 HELOC). By recent I'm talking accounts opened within the last 6 months. What is a bit confusing to me though is that the code uses the word "proportion" of accounts, as if it's looking at the number of recently opened accounts relative to total accounts, or a percentage of recently opened accounts. If that's the case and I had (say) 20+ open accounts instead of just 11, I wonder if the code wouldn't appear? VS4.jpg
