CK glitch? Or does EQ score agg util differently on VS3.0?

I think this is a Credit Karma glitch, I am seeing the same thing when I log in to my CK as well. VS uses the same algorithm across bureaus and it doesn't exclude accounts with a zero balance on TU. So I am guessing someone made a typo in the code on CK to calculate balance vs limit on the EQ display.

I could be wrong but it could be because bankcard Utilization is considered separate from store card utilization on certain versions, at least in some fico versions. Therefore they’re showing you bankcard Utilization because that’s what the algorithm is considering possibly? (Non-bankcard Revolving Utilization is considered but it’s less important.)

Not specific to this actual issue, but everyone remember that what CK depicts with their front-end fluff including charts/graphs and other images isn't always indicative of what is actually going on with the algorithm. For example, the algorithm may be slamming you for something, but the chart or graph related to that item is a pretty green "excellent" which doesn't align with what may go on with your score.

That is exactly why I was asking if it is CK glitch or if that is actually what the EQ VS3.0 uses for scoring. You have to admit that it is really weird that they encorporate entire revolving balances and limits for TU, but then not for EQ. It would seem like extra work to make it different.

Wait a minute VS is the exact same across bureaus there is no customization what am I thinking. So no it has to be the same for both bureaus that has to be a CK software error. Sorry I told you I’m not 100%.

Right, that's what was on my mind earlier in the thread. This is the reason why with identical bureau data one will always achieve identical EX/TU/EQ VS3 scores.

Absolutely correct as long as the data is the same, so is the score.

I'm a little late to this topic, but I'm seeing the same thing from CK. TU report from Dec 31...all utilization is correct for that date and matches EQ exactly:

It appears CK's interface for EQ data is omitting my CLs for revolving store (retail) accounts from my total CL. It shows my total CL on EQ as $2300 less than the total CL on TU...and that $2300 difference is the total CL of my 3 small retail accounts. This makes my aggregate utilization on EQ seem higher than TU. Gotta be a CK glitch.

@SoonerSoldier33 Your aggregate bankcard Utilization is Higher @EQ8, it tracks bankcard utilization separately from retail Utilization, IIRC. One of them does maybe two, I’m pretty sure it was EQ8, it’s in the Primer.
