Cassie has been gardening for over 2 years.
My 'Amount of New Credit' rank changed from Very Good to Exceptional at AAoA 2yr 6mo or 30 months.
(This was back in September - I just noticed it today and went back to August/September Experian 3B reports for comparison.)
I know it doesn't mean anything really, just documenting it here for future reference.
I think the rating threshold for AoYA/AoYRA changes based on where Average Ages are at. I mean, you'd think this would have happened at 1yr6mo (the prior month) AoYA/AoYRA alone.
Maybe this should be reversed for Rebels?
As in: No new cards in the past year = POOR, 1 recent FAIR, 2 recent GOOD, 4 recent Very Good, 6+ EXCEPTIONAL? lol
Other aging values at the switch:
Metric | Value | In Months | Multiple of 3 |
---|---|---|---|
AoOA | 3yr9mo | 45mo | Yes |
AoORA | 2yr9mo | 33mo | Yes |
AAoA | 2yr6mo | 30mo | Yes |
AAoRA | 2yr2mo | 26mo | No |
AAoOA | 2yr2mo | 26mo | No |
