SO's VS3.0 (for TU and EQ) got totally pummled with the new high balance reporting on his Dell Preferred acct. It should level out once his Cap One Plat report at 1% in the next few days....but I found it very interesting that his VS4.0 *increased* with these same changes (TU only can be evaluated via Sync acct)! I will post about that in the VS4.0 topics. His CO balance increased. That doesnt change anything. It is the same every month that the balance increases.

Are you saying that an increase to a CO balance will never cause a point loss or just in this particular situation? Because we know reducing it can give points, so I would assume the converse is true?
