Just putting in my calendar when my HPs age off. Turns out, both me and SO made app on Leap Year 2020. So does that mean the HPs will age off on March 1st or Feb 28th? I am guessing March 1st, but just want to be certain. Thx! BrutalBodyShots Birdman

It depends on the bureau. HP inquiry for TU, EQ...

ETA My guess on date calculator shows 2/28.

I think Experian will be the first Saturday of the following month 3/5.

I don’t know. I would go with what AZ said. But regarding the scoreability, it’s 365 days but if I remember correctly, they didn’t account for leap years on the mortgage scores.

So on Leap years the inquiry will become unscoreable one day apart.

That's a darn good question. I'd probably avoid apping on a leap year just because I know it would drive me bonkers a year later (or two years later) when I was looking for the inquiry to become unscoreable or fall off ;)

they’re one day off I’m pretty sure it is the old ones that did not account for. Rev tested it IIRC.
