I find this to be very interesting. So my best documented EQ5 score ever is 813. This is the score I was at last June prior to my spree when I was at 0 inquiries and my AoYA was > 4 years. Fast forward to today and I have returned to 813 again, and this is with 1 scoreable inquiry (8 months old) present and my AoYA being 6 months. I've also opened 4 total accounts between my before/after 813 scores. I'm a bit surprised by the resiliency of EQ5 here when we frequently talk about how mortgage scores are sensitive to credit seeking and new accounts. EQ5.png

That's amazing! Your credit file is rather robust not to feel increased pain of those new accounts and 1 scoreable inquiry.

EQ5 tops out at 818, no?

I don't remember to be honest. Can anyone answer this? I seem to remember all 3 mortgage scores having oddball top ends, each maybe 10 or so points apart from one another. Maybe something like 818, 825, 837 or something. It doesn't seem like very common information to find when trying to look it up. I found multiple sources that state that EX2, TU4 and EQ5 top out at 850 which we all know isn't true.

I used to keep it in my signature I guess that’s why I never put it there. Was there for easy access for everyone.

That's a good reference. Those score ranges are difficult to find with just regular searching.
