Aggregate?

I tend to find percentage thresholds in and of themselves to be questionable until multiple people confirm the same one. It's not out of the question that it could be something else such as a raw dollars threshold being crossed that simply coincides with a round utilization percentage like 40%, giving the false impression that it's the percentage when it's really the dollars.

I totally agree with you and I had to rule out balance thresholds due to the magnitude of the score change. According to the individual, no other changes transpired and it wasn’t on the first of the month, but that’s only one report. But I record it for posterity in case we have future reports and yes it was aggregate.
