What time zone do Equifax and TransUnion use for updating profile information on the 1st of the month? I know Experian updates at Midnight in the Pacific time zone, but I don't recall reading about EQ/TU updates. I'm adding the code to update aging metrics automatically on the 1st of the month and for now I just set it to what Experian uses.

Yup I've tested the loss on my 8s with AZ, just not EX2. I see that @DustinD saw a -11 change to EX2 from the move to AZ. Since we're on the same scorecard, I'd think my loss would be similar. Also worth noting that the loss on EX2 relative to EX8 could be about 30% less.

I updated my data points in my last post a bit, and edited this post after BBS responded.

My theory is that given identical score cards people should see identical results for most actions that don't affect other variables. Obligatory corollary: If we don't see identical results despite being on the same scorecard that must mean the variable affects other things or we didn't fully isolate the variables. Either way it is good data that should be dug into.

It would be nice to start coming up with exact figures for events when possible. I think that is the next evolution of the Scoring Primer and scoring predictions.

I don't know about that and would like to hear other opinions on it.

I always thought that within the same scorecard different signal strength could be given to sectors of the Fico pie based on what's going on with that sector.

To a degree @DustinD is correct. If it’s the same scorecard and the category is not maxed out, I would expect the magnitude point changes & thresholds to be the same. It’s not just quite that simple though. Consider each of the five categories independently. Now consider each category has a maximum and minimum point contribution. Now assuming you haven’t maxed out the amounts owed category, then crossing a particular Revolving Utilization threshold should be the same for two profiles on the same scorecard similarly situated. when I say similarly situated, I mean you have to examine every factor in that category and make sure that some have not utilized points the others would. I believe a some factors can help reach the maximum and render other factors less meaningful and vice versa. @DustinD Great data points. We still need to find where we were discussing when we came to the conclusion of the three-year threshold, before Cassie pointed us back to Papas thread. @Cassie if you recall, while we were discussing it and concluding it, people were disputing it and you came back with poppas thread establishing datapoints going back to 2018.
