I'm not sure I follow.

You said that EX is paying attention to dollar balances, but your main reference if I'm not mistaken as driver of your score change is 10% (a percentage) not dollars?

I mean EX2 only , because so many don't see any change between 6% and 9% alone. I lost -11 points total in that range due to the dollar balance, not the percentage.

I see, that makes sense now. I agree that EX2 and likely 2/4/5 operate under a different set of rules. Just like them omitting an AZEO bank card somewhere in the low-mid $30k range (that we still need to identify, btw).
